    No. I bought the book when it came out on October 1st, they are fully nude and all uncensored. There are hundreds of pictures of Ms. Underwood from the past 8 years or so. I highly recommend buying it, as it is great quality, especially if you are a Sara Underwood fan. It costs $75 (US Dollars) plus shipping. It is called "Muse: A Portrait of Sara Underwood"

    9 times out of 10 Hefner or someone under him pressured her into it. I've seen enough documentaries about porn and it's common knowledge in the industry that the girls with the big boobs get the most work. Small boobs are a niche market and the work isn't as lucrative. You what more work, you get implants, it's just that simple; as Jim South explained.

    For the most part I agree with your statement, because I don't like the feel of surgically altered breasts.

    On the other hand, both Kaley Cuoco and Maitland Ward have enhanced bosoms and nobody seems to be complaining about the way they look. :2cent:
