it very well could be however frame by frame theres a few profile shots of the face of the naked runner and it definately looks like her facialy not jsut body wise so it could be either way

I've often wondered about things like this, maybe it's because I have way too much free time on my hands, but it's way easier for an actress to say, "I used a body double" than it is to explain why they went nude for a role. There's too much secretly around "body doubles" that make me question the practice as a whole and even more secrecy around merkins. Ask yourself why is it that we've never seen a natrual looking merkin not in use, just laying on table or something, like you would see a wig, toupee, or a bald cap on set in a behind the scenes featurette. It's a logical idea to say someone used a merkin in a nude scene, because it can't be proven that they didn't if both the actress and director have spread the word on set, "if anyone ask to say a merkin was used for the nude scene", when it really wasn't. It really makes me think how it's way easier to lie about something, than to the tell the truth and the more you lie the easier it gets.

You're looking way too hard into it. The simplest solution is usually going to be the right one. She used a body double, you can even see in the shots where you clearly see her face that she has a top on. Not everything is a conspiracy or coverup.
