  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

The currently used font is ... hmm... improvable. I'm aware that Arial type of fonts may look more modern. But Arial was just introduced by Microsoft to avoid paying for a real fonts. Even though I'm not from the print graphics industry, let me introduce a concept. My favorite font is the Times New Roman. It has the highest readability, meaning it can be made smallest of all fonts while still being readable. In other words the glasses don't have to be as good as with other fonts. And the strain to the eyes is least.
But if you have a text table where the words should be comparably long, a Courier New is more appropriate. It is an equally spaced font.

we will work on all these issues once the forum is running stable, which after around 24h is (sadly) still not the case.
