  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

Is it just me or am I seeing a lot of red x's? Its on all the forum pages, like where the phun logo wouild be at the top of the page there's a red x and all down the side where the graphics for each thread would be there are red x's. Is it a problem with everyone or just me? At the bottom of the screen on mine it says HTML code is off. If I've inadvertainly (spelling) switched it off how do I switch the phucker back on?!

My HTML-Code is off, too, but I see everything perfectly.
But I'm on FireFox, so it's maybe your IE?

Thats not much help, I had Norton on here when I joined Phun and it worked fine, I've always been able to see imagevenue pics and still can. It happened 2 days ago. Instead of seeing the buttons for "reply" for example i've got a red x. Where it says whether a user is online its another red x. Like I said its weird cos I havent fucked about with anything, its just stopped working.

try emptying your temporary files: Tools > Options > Temp Files and then delete everything.

Hmmm......I went through the add/remove programs list deleting things that I thought were adware programs. I get a lot of that. Don't really want to switch to firefox as I'm on a work PC not my own. Do you think I might have inadvertently deleted something I wasn't suppose to? If so how do I get it back?

Well you have uninstalled a program that used one of the same system files as IE and that file has been removed, your best bet is to go to the microsoft site and download the newest Internet Explorer. :)

Microsoft is shit, you can't just go there and download IE, I can only get a service pack which I've already got. Did it again anway but still didn't help. Grrrr. Think I'm gonna quit this quest, I can still see pictures of naked ladies so I'M HAPPY!

I know your problem because i have seen it many times before. It has nothing to do with your settings/firewall/or computer. What you have done is typed in

    http://www.forum.phun.org/

when it should have been this:
    http://forum.phun.org/index.php?

What probably happened was when cayne changed the forum settings and added the different forums he added an extension. You either bookmarked our old forum homepage :

http://www.forum.phun.org/ or remebered to type in the old forum index page without realizing there is an extension now.

Try the second link i am sure it will show up just fine for you. Also now is your chance to bookmark it. :)
