  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    I prefer to use Mozilla Firefox as my default browser and lately I have had a difficult time viewing pics that are hosted on imagevenue.com. When I click on the thumbs, an advertisement appears that you must either view or skip in order to the see the full sized pic. Many times this ad shuts down firefox. I am curious to know if others are having the same problem.

    I use IE but everyone gets those. I would imagine there's a way to block them but I don't know for sure.

    forgive me if you've tried this already, but i've noticed sometimes all they need is a page refresh. still doesn't work after that?

    I use opera & Spybot immunity & don't get any ad problems as such.

    I have different issues with Imagevenue though, I am pissed off with imagevenue for deleting pics in between from a set of pics uploaded on it in less than a 1/2 month.

    I prefer to download all the pics of a set & I bookmark pages for later downloads & if you go after 1 or 2 weeks time, some of the pics in random gets dead from a set, it's so frustrating..:x:confused:!?
