  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

Is this the only site you have trouble logging off from?

As far as logging off when you click between pages I think I might know whats happening there. The next time it occurs take a look at the link in your browser. Sometimes when you click on a link here you are given it in the format:

    http://phun.org/forums/showthread.php?t=41064

When you click on the link above notice that you can't post a message to the thread. Its as though you are logged off.

But if the same link is in the format below you are able to post a messageto the thread.

    http://forum.phun.org/showthread.php?t=41064

I guess something in the forum software is buggy and sends out the top link sometimes.

The reason I asked you what browser you used and if you tried it with FF and IE was to have trouble shoot your problem. If you had the problem with both browsers then the problem would probably be located in the networking stack and/or the operating system. But if the problem only occurs in one browser then the problem is most likely related to the browser.

When you get a chance I want you to select the properties of IE. Select the General Tab next. Under Temporary Internet Files click the "Delete Cookies" button, "Delete Files" button (check the option that says "Delete Offline Content") and then in the history area click the "Delete History". Then after thats finished click the OK button on the Properties page and close IE and reboot your computer.

This should remove the cookies, history, and the cache stored on your computer for IE. Hopefully if you do all these steps it will correct everything.
