Let's say I wanted to write on the wall behind the Kaley cutouts in the photo below. I can write anything but as far as making seems like it's on the wall, I have no way of doing that since the lettering will not allow me to do a perspective such as the wall is set (I can do a distort and skew but not perspective)

Is there way to make it seem like the letters are on the wall starting at the left side?

Right-click on your text layer and choose "Rasterize Type". Then, click "Edit -> Transform -> Perspective". Then, click and drag the corners of the box until you have the required effect :

    What he said.

Also, if you need the text to seem behind something like the figures here you need to remove some of it and I'd recommend using a Layer Mask for that, not just using the eraser tool on the pixels in the layer. Layer Masks are much more forgiving (why they were instigated in the first place).

Another tip for you future would be if you have a later version of PS (I think it's CS5 onwards) I'd highly recommend learning the refine edge feature for helping cut things out, particularly hair. It's extremely quick and gives much better results than just using the pen tool or an eraser. Here's a ping file of the above Kaley pic cut out in a couple of minutes. It's not perfect because the background and her top were the same white but it gives you an idea. Click to enlarge.

if u use the free transform tool, try hold down your shift key, which will constrain the aspect ratio and prevent you from distorting the original image

Depends, which version of Photoshop do you have? Later versions have 3D tools built into them.
