in the 3rd screen grab above where you can most clearly see the nipple you can't see her face, that's what i was basing my reply off of

 

But why would she go through the bother of getting a body double to wear a see-through bra when she's just going to wear the same bra and show the same amount of nipple in the very next shot?

Lena Headey had her post-baby head posted on another actress's topless body for the game of thrones walk of shame. because she didn't like her post-baby body! She just did a topless action at age 48. So who knows. With modern cgi, it could be a robot clone of KC for all we know!

 

Its worth noting i think Lena also felt uncomfortable going full on full frontal naked especially with the scene in question, this wasn't a sex scene with a small set and crew it was walking through a huge crowd with tons of people spitting, throwing food at you and shouting at you. Also worth noting her body in her eyes might not have been great back then while in 2022 many years later she's way more happy with her body. She's mostly been fine with nudity so going naked at 48 doesn't seem out of character, she looks great still.

 

Except Lena Headey not doing that scene had nothing to do with either of her children. She had her first kid in 2010. They filmed that scene in October 2014. She had her second kid in July 2015. She was neither pregnant (or, if she was, it was very early stages) nor just had a baby when they filmed that scene. It also probably had nothing to do with how her body looked because she had a nude scene in Zipper which came out the same year and was filmed early 2014

Who knows why she didn't want to do that scene? Maybe the tattoos were difficult to cover up for a full nude scene. But it had nothing to do with her post-baby body

 

She had some quick sideboob in episode 4. Likely won't see nipple, but I'd be interested in seeing the frame by frame.
