    I've seen that rumor, but I don't believe it. Her smaller breasts are completely explainable by weight loss. She's been very thin, even anorexic looking for years, compared to her obvious extra body weight in that film. Fact is we don't know the answer, but I'd bet it's just weight loss.

    Yeah, I agree. Even in The Hot Spot, which was made a year or two after this, she is noticeably slimmer, and her tits, as gorgeous as they are, were smaller.
