    It's part of the costume. I don't she can legally perform in the United States without clothes on, which makes me wonder whether or not she'll actually do that "crowd & performers nude" thing her and The Flaming Lips were going on about a few months ago. To do that it would have to be a closed-off venue with crowd members signing waivers, which I guess isn't viable for a standard concert.

    NOTHING there is real- hair, boobs, lips... all are artificial. The fleshy bits are actually castings that are part of her costume and not the 'real' thing. Now, who they are castings of- that may be a good question.

    Thats likely the only way they would do it, otherwise it would be legally very dangerous for a variety of reasons. Expect a strategically nude video along the 'Wrecking Ball' lines.

    'La Perle Noire', Ms. Josephine Baker was doing this type of thing (sans the dildo) back in the 1920's. In fact Hollywood of that time produced some stuff that would make today's MPAA blush.
