  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

i had a preview gif of my most recent contribution, and just wondered who had deleted it, cos i hadnt heard any reason for it being deleted from my signature on whether it was a broken link or was simply not allowed.

    would just like some feedback

If it was massive, they might have taken it off.

Quite a few members have animated gifs in their sigs, so they're not banned or anything. The mods don't like sigs taking up half a screen though - and neither do i, to be honest...

I see a red x where your gif should be but I can still click on it and takes me to your most recent contribution. I would guess the mods didn't delete and its an image host problem.

That would explain it - I'm using FF and don't see red X's. Which makes imagehigh posts very dull and empty... 8)
