Logo Help

Hey guys, I have been lurking, viewing, and enjoying this site for quite a few years but never had the guts or reason to post... Today is a new day. I have been looking at some of the creative work here and its fantastic. I have a few logos that I need to work on but I was hoping that some of you would have better ideas and talent on some. Ok so here are the logos:

MyAmes.com (Ames, IA)
MIS330.com (Management Information System)
MISRocks.com (Management Information System)
RealMartini.com (Obvious)
LoMIS.com (Logistics and Management Information Systems)

Um, we're gonna need a whole lot more info on all of them to even get ideas on what you're after. + try the request one at a time, no offense but when we help folks out with logo and commercial type stuff it seems to take about a week. The chances of getting 5 done at once for 1 person is about as likely as a real Britney dp porno.

 

Those aren't logo's those are simply titles, you're going to need to provide a lot more information with each one of those. Stuff like a concept, basic ideas, guidelines, etc. It's hard just to pull this stuff out of thin air!

And no offense, but it's a little preposterous to expect 5 logo designs just like that, I can understand people asking for help with a SINGLE design, but this is asking an awful lot of the Creative members here. And with this being your first post how does one know you aren't going to skip town once you get what you want?

 

seconded. definitely need more info. again i'd pick one to begin with otherwise there'll be chaos with replies and ideas and feedback. perhaps try the martini one as i think that opens up to more creativity than the others

 

Thanks for the advice, sorry to be so presumptuous. I understand that it does take awhile for designs and I was definitely not expecting a quick turn around on all 5. I was just hoping someone would have some idea on any of them I guess. I was hoping that one person might find one more interesting than the others and focus on that one, and that someone else may find something else interesting. I am sorry, I am just not very good at the digital creativity and designs.

Ok so let me start again; I have an opportunity to help some colleagues with a few new domain name ventures. Pretty much we are squatting on some sites and trying to get a large offer on the names but in the mean time attempting to make the websites appear well-put together and well constructed to draw in a larger figure. So here are a few ideas I had for one of them, realmartini.com, I was thinking a reflective silver font with an olive as the two "a"s and possibly two martini glasses as the "i"s. I am not sure just an idea i had. Sorry once agian for posting so much, you can ignore the other four logos. Thank you again

 

Just like staging a showhome! Although I might leave out the word "appear" when you're describing their prowess, it really makes it sound dishonest!
