    Doesn't look real. Look just left of her breast; the curvature of it just stops and blends in to the rest of her. Just doesn't look right. It's nice to pretend though!

    2 things are at play here. 1: her right arm is extended, stretching her breast out of round, which is further distorted by the the fact that, 2: she is leaning to her left, causing the mass of her breast to move in that direction. It would be far more evident in 3 dimensions, but since that isn't the case with a 2 dimensional image it contradicts reality. Not everything odd looking is photoshopped.
