    If I had to guess, the scene where she's pregnant her breasts are prosthetic, since they have to look full. The one in the water looks real to me.

    I really hope it's real but I wouldn't be surprised if it was prosthetic or CGI since she rarely even shows skin at events these days. Sure looks real though and I would love it if it was.
