I can't access http://forum.phun.org recently. I think my country started blocking your site recently. I am accessing it now through a proxy server. Can any mods confirm this? I can access http://www.phun.org/ fine, the problem is only with the forums.

it depends on your ip range, almost all of our DOS attacks come from asia and russia, so when we get a DOS attack the server softare is designed to automatically block those ip ranges. pm me your real ip address from your isp and i will look into it further for you

I'm from Oz and no problems here, apart from the 502 error or whatever it is that sometimes happens.

Same here Kieks I've had no problems in the last month bar a Gateway timeout error or 3. Maybe Uncle Kevin is trialling his safe internet policy on a few unfortunates :p

I don't think it Uncle Kevvin (yet) just the IP filter block policy used for the forums. I am still blocked on my home ISP, but no problems when using a different WiFi provider that asigns a different IP address. Hopefully they can fx this broad based IP filter blocking soon so the forums are phun to use again?? Meanwhle will have to use a proxy or VPN to access

    Hi all,

I too am trouble getting on to phun after about a month of no action. I've done some testing and I can say that people on the folowing networks (I'm in Sydney BTW) have no problem - Virgin Mobile, TGP, Big Pond have no trouble seeing the forums.

I'm at my bro's at the moment and he's on Virgin Mobile, but I use Internode and it's blocked. I was also able to see the forums from a public terminal in the CBD and one in Maroochydore QLD.

MY ISP suggested I flush my DNS, which I did, but it didn't make any difference.

I don't know my IP, but I will find out and send it to the mods.

BTW I won't be able to see any replies to this for the enxt 2 weeks until I come back to my brothers.

    Sleestak

Yeah, either Internode blocks phun OR Phun rejects Internode's IP ranges.

Check your IP address through myip.dk

For the moment, you can still use Internode to connect to forum.phun via a web-based-proxy-server such as proxify.com. it's bloody slow but better than nothing.

    cheers mate

people are working on that issue.
that´s not exactly what you are waiting for, but there´s no "mission accomplished" available yet...
