Imgur problems

Imgur still works but after a little while the pics posted with imgur are gone.
I had my sig uploaded there and used 1.44 GB bandwith in 2 weeks for a 90 kb file.

Is the sig that used the 1,44 GB in 2 weeks.

There are other members who see a red x where an imgur is posted.


So maybe imgur blocked phun.

 

i have no clue what is up with them but im at imnook or whatever the name is with my siggy. Even imagevenue didnt like mah0ne:s work apparently.

I noticed the same just now, I believe they have blocked the domain for massive bandwidth which is a bit weird...I said in the other thread about an alternative for hotlinking (which is owned by me)

 

any update on this? I wonder whats going on with imgur!

 

the last images I posted with imgur didn't show up when posted, so I'm guessing that either they are having some difficulties or phun's being blocked!

Well i did send a queation to them 2 times (with some days between them) and still waiting for an answer

 

if this is about these tinay ass signature, register for sharenxs and ill make all phunners vip, as vip you get 30 mbs of hotlink space, just send a pm to me and ill make you vip. Problem solved

Yes, Phun.org was blocked from hotlinking because the files that were being hotlinked, and the site content, is against Imgur's terms of service.

The following types of files constitute "abuse" and may not be uploaded under any circumstances, when using Imgur's Image Hosting:

Files that violate any law or may be considered to violate any law.
Files that infringe on the copyrights of any entity excluding the user.
Files that advertise any commercial endeavor (e.g., offering for sale products or services) or otherwise engages in any commercial activity (e.g., conducting raffles or contests, displaying sponsorship banners, and/or soliciting goods or services).
Nudity or pornography, or anything that may be confused as nudity or pornography.
Gore or "shock" images that are that are intended to be offensive, disgusting and/or disturbing to viewers.
Website elements such as gradients and share icons.
Hotlinking to file-sharing, torrent, and pornographic sites is prohibited.

So thanks to the people who did upload nudity imgur blocked phun.

 

oh darn is there going to be plans to replace it with something?
