  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    Long since my favourite host IB is definitely showing some signs of weakness. Images not showing in posts, thumbs showing but not the full image. Uploads failing and so on. Does anyone know if IB is creaking under the weight? It used t be perfect but now it's a little shonky.

    Only problem I've had with IBam lately is during uploading - sometimes when I upload 20+ images at one time, the uploader will hang and I have to reload the page again. It's happened every so often in the past month or so. Loading images, can't say I haven't seen a huge issue lately with IBam.

    It seems to be better now, but maybe a week or two ago i started to use imagevenue for a few days since i noticed that also freshly uploaded pics didn't show properly and some older ones suddenly disappeared.
    Not a big thing, but i always get kind of nervous when such things happen since i have to think of all the pics that i may have to renew ;)
