  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

I was wondering howw to turn on HTML code so that I can display images that are not thumbnails. I want to display an image @ full size. Is it preferred not to because I see some people posting larger images like in the "post your desktop" thread. Is it cuz I'm a noob? THanks for the info.

It depends on the filehost/imagehost you are using, not any setting the forum has enabled or disabled.

For the moment, we have a limited number of imagehosts that allow full-size hotlinks, of which the most prominent choices being either qzoka.com, imagesocket.com, or photos.cx; but the only reason you should be using them on phun is for single reply posts in the General Forum, or if uploading within the Model Forum, some members opt to display a "cover" full-size. If you want to share girly galleries, follow the rules and post the thumbnails.

You upload the photo to the site, and they give you a generated forum link in which your uploaded image can be found, and promptly displayed in your post; all you need to do is copy what they give you.

For a single image larger than a thumbnail in a single post or for a cover shot in the model furum. Got it. Thanks for clarifying guys.
