  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    When I actually download some movies, the sound will play but no visual. I have ever codec known to man I would think but still no go with Window Media, Real Player, and several other media players that I have downloaded over the years.

    I read something about a player that plays EVERYTHING, but I didn't have a reason to DL it then.

    Anywho, any help would be appreciated.

    it says I already have the codecs. The sound plays but I get nothing but a black screen for a few seconds. Then the error message comes up and whatever media I am using completely shuts off.

    Have you tried "KMplayer" ? It's the best that I've come across. It will play just about everything. If you google it you will be able to find a site to download the player and any info you need. It's free!

    .Well.., I play 100% perfectly whatever I download from phun.I think that-

    1st-The file which you have downloaded may have been incomplete due to some reasons & hence corrupted [compare the bytes of file u downloaded, & original file to be downloaded].

    2nd-I suggest that you delete all codecs & extra players you have got & download KLite codec latest pack[freeware] & everything will play fine on just 1 player.

    3rd-Or get Vlc player latest[freeware] & you will play everything.

    4th-Or Format your PC, install all your players fresh cauz sometimes malwares & spywares disturb pc,codec settings while using net from long time without format.
