Graphic Image Changes Game <open to all>

So, here's the idea.
Post 2 pics;

1. Is one YOU have edited.

2. Is the original pic

The game is to know or guess at what and how these changes were made.
Experience is helpful but not needed for some things and is a necessity for others.
Please make your changes questions about something warrantable instead of laughing at wrong guesses because you inverted 2 pixels on a grey background.

I did up this first set years ago for a contest we had on a.b.n.c.f. It's a fairly straight forward edit with changes everyone can find. I'll leave the more esoteric ones for you sadistic buggers out there. :bigeyes2:

Please make an answer pic describing what you did, so every one can appreciate the changes and how it all works.

Of course, you post the answer pic a while later, after folks have made their guesses.

As a board/forum type game this one requires a bit more effort than usual. Then again, more can be learned from it than is usual as well. The first time I saw this game was in alt.binaries.pictures a long long time ago when folks like CIA and MiB, were gaining their reps. Back then I was too new to participate much but I sure learned a lot from watching peoples methods and techniques. Sometimes just seeing how it was done is better than a long description.

Hell, this game was a couple of years before irc even existed. I've never seen another group that could make this game work since a.b.p. way back then. Let's see if phun can make it fly, you seem to have quite a few talented, creative people around here.
