Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     im going to try and start uploading some vids for the hell of it. even though my internet connection has been a bit shakey lately. anyway, i need to find a different program to take screen caps of. the one offered in the video vault help thread or whatever keeps crashing when i try to open up a file with it.

    any suggestions?

    guys, you don't even need a program to take screen caps. All you gotta do is go into Windows Media Player and turn off the video acceleration and bingo. Just hit print screen and then paste it in any picture editing program and you are all done. Simple as 1,2,3. :)

    Yeah i've used that method once or twice, the problem is you capture the whole screen & then you need to go into your image editor and cut out the frame. The advantage of Media Player Classic or BS player is that you only capture a single frame instead of the whole desktop. Unless there's something i'm missing? :confused:
