Interesting alleged story behind these from a gossip site:

Rumor has it that these pictures were stolen from the phone of Wilmer Valderama, who's been going out with Demi Lovato, by Kaja Eggenschwiler, the younger sister of Blanda Eggenschwiler, who's the wife of one of the Jonas Brothers. The rumor is that the Eggenschwiler sisters are deeply hungry for fame, and their strategy for achieving it is to get involved with already-famous celebrities, and that Blanda set Kaja onto Wilmer while Demi was on a concert tour. The idea was allegedly to leak the affair, so that Demi would dump Wilmer, and Kaja could become his girlfriend. (According to more rumors than you can imagine, Wilmer is a remarkably successful horndog, so the "bragging rights" of being his "girlfriend" would be minimal at best.) The rumor is that Kaja nosed around on Wilmer's phone, found the pictures, asked Wilmer about them, and he replied, "Oh, we all have nudies of our celeb girlfriends on our phones! Justin Bieber has a billion of Selena Gomez, but he'll never leak them because she'd never talk to him again!"

Kaja, the rumor has it, called Blanda, who told her how to steal the pictures from Wilmer's phone. The plan was to make double-triple sure that Demi dumps Wilmer by not just leaking that he was sleeping with Kaja, but letting Demi think that Wilmer leaked the pictures.

You can believe as much of all this as you want to. I'm not all that impressed with the gossip site this came from -- they spent about a month on a build-up to claiming that Blanda was plotting to release a sex-tape that she put her Jonas Brother husband up to having a videographer tape of them, and that never happened -- but the preview pic certainly makes it seem more credible!

 

Sounds like standard teenager drama, but with teens the whole world wants to see naked rather than just r/jailbait.
