At about 1:10, there's a flash of Charlotte Gainsbourg giving head. I'm guessing it's probably some kind of fake prosthesis, but hey, I'm pretty sure that even a simulated BJ in the trailer is a first. There are some other assorted bits in there as well.

 

I like Lars Von Triers films, even though they are a bit out there. And after hearing about how all the sex scenes in this movie are going to be basically other people with the actors faces CGI'd on, i'm guessing that BJ is probably on a prosthetic dick.

 

WHAT!!!!! That's.................Look CG effects aren't cheap and take a looooooooooooooooooong time to render, sure they'll not as expensive as they were 20 years ago and computers now have faster processors and better software, but that's a complete and utter waste of the technology. Maybe I'm being cynical, because I know a few of the tricks advertisers and PR people use to hype products, but damn if this is true, what a utter Fucking waste of time and tech.

Given that it would be far cheaper and faster to shoot the sex scenes with the actual actors, then spending a shit load of time and money using CG, I'm more inclined to believe the actors are really having sex in this movie, like in that old art house film Shortbus. Instead of just coming out and saying "yeah their really having sex", they use this 'smokescreen" of CG faces over other actors.

 

Nah it's been known since the movie as started filming that it would be pornstars doing the hardcore scenes. Sorry to bust your bubble. Plus it's not really CG, the porno actors are fucking for real and they are going to overlay the real actors faces on it. It must still be very long to render and all but way cheaper than full CGI, and you don't get legitimate actors to have unsimulated sex on screen unless you give them a big paycheck, which would end up costing him more than just doing it the way he did.

Still, I can't wait to see that film. I love Lars' films.

Anyone seen Q (Desire), some hardcore scenes in that and the girl lead is gorgeous, reminded me of Emily Lloyd. Charlotte has always been a rebel, wouldn't surprise me if she actually did it - her Father made a record with her about incest when she was a tweenie. A pretty fucked up family.
