    adobe image ready will also do it
    so will a freeware program i used to use called gif animator
    not that difficult really, justneed the frames and save out a file that loops

    oh and re this movie, I predict this is going to be like TRON bit or Matrix big, nothing like anyone has seen before and I cant wait

    read the comics, followed the thing and now finally coming to screen by a director who understands the material
