BIG SHOCK! What happend?

Hey boys and girls,
you won't believe your eyes when you see the "new" phun.org forum. You gonna ask: "Where are all the threads"? The answer is simple, they were deleted. As I opened this forum I wanted a platform for my visitors, where they could actively participate: post statements, share links to funny videos and sexy pics. But during the last year the development went into a different direction. People started posting insane amounts of pictures and videos, in the end it was a pure trading/sharing forum. But hell, I don't want to say the current situation is a fault of the posters, it's my fault, that I didn't start regulating the posts earlier. As you know 90% of the pictures and videos posted on the internet belong to somebody. Although we always worked with the webmasters who contacted us with requests to delete links to images/.zip files, we reached a point where it wasn't possible keep the forum online in the current setup. But what does this mean for the future?

Important part begins here:
From now on it's only allowed to post amateur pictures/no copyright pics. And official pictures of models and their sites.

Regarding the video forum, it's only allowed to post short funny/sexy clips. No RS/YSI links to full DVDs and similar stuff:

Threads like this one are also still possible. We won't cut your head off, if you post a few pics of a hot chick. But no member content and full sets.

No changes for the general forum, celebrity and about phun.org forum.

We will need some days to bring more of the old threads back, matching the new rules.

Bottom line. We will focus more on official model postings. In the next weeks a lot of models gonna start posting here, famous names like Raven Riley and others.

The new changes split up in positive and negative points.

Negative:
- No links to full sets of models.
- No links to full DVDs.

Positive:
- More models posting on the forum. Not only pics, but also talking with users (possible fan signs)
- Still nice links to funny and sexy clips.

I've always seen this forum as a addition to the frontpage of www.phun.org and not the other way round. And with this changes it will be a great addition to the homepage, where you still will find a lot of nice content, worth to be checked out daily.

At the end, I want to thank all users, who ever posted on this forum / visited the frontpage. I know this is a big change, but it's also a possibility to start something new, and if we stand/work together I'm sure it will be as good as now, probably even better. Of course it will take a while...

Although it's a sad sight to see a lot of things go away I'm always up for a change. Hopefully we can all get together and do something positive for the new Phun community.

Nice work done for making Phun still a convivial place on the net. Hope you a peaceful new way of having fun. Even if you started regulating the posts earlier, it was tOo much for a "handjob"

 

Everything is seasonal - things start, change and end. It's the law of nature.

So Phun moves onto it's next chapter. I'll miss the free porn, but I'll stick with it and support it as much as possible. Hopefully it'll mean a more active community and less lurking. That's always a positive change

 

euhh, beeing a guest her for a long time and now finally a member doesn't really have the right to justice these descision, but this is really the most stupid thing that could be done here :S imo!. I mean, the database was pure gold, and what's the prob with posting full links to vids etc ? I really don't see the probs with how it was, and btw, models like "raven" aren't really that good, ugh :S. I prefer more girls like sylvi, betty saint etc, girls with perfects butss pussy's tits etc!

but I guess that isn't in anymore

Either that or the "real" vid forum is hidden to mods, admins and a chosen few. Underground is the way to go

 

Frankly, you're lucky there was a forum, with the amount of stuff flying around that belonged to other people. Everything that was here is still out there... god forbid you might actually have to join a site or two for the motherloads...

I think this is a positive change. I'd noticed a turn in recent weeks in the quality of posting going on. The whole thing had turned into a grab-fest involving hundreds of people leeching off the hard work of others, and those putting in the hard work, leeching off the copyrights of yet more people. Cayne made the right decision ultimately. Just be glad with what you've got.

Phun's increased my porn collection like nothing else. I'm sitting on dozens of gigs of the stuff now and will grow to enjoy being here for the community as much as for the filth.

Don't mind the new setup cause there's plenty of other places for full vids but really sucks that all the old posts are gone so quickly without any warning that I noticed. People put a lot of effort into posting things that are just gone and had some bookmarked for later grr.

 

Oh man! how am i gonna know which hot chicks to download from limewire now if i dont see screen grabs in the Vid Vault!

Oh well. I'm not against the changes, this is my spiritual online home after all, and, dare i say, back in the old days it was sweet witout being a constant leech, favour, leech, no not you you dont contribute, leech leech, favour, thing.

I sure wouldnt want to see any lawsuits and phun disappear. I remember back when it was just the frontpage, as i'm sure many other members do.

Oh, and Frisian if you find out, let me know, what the hell am i gonna use Limewire for now? Music? pssh! get real, far too old school. :-D

i think this forum will lose alot of "members" now esp. without that trading stuff in the vid vault...but u r the boss/god
