  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

I tried uploading several vids to RS, all split into 50mb .rar files, but the damn site hangs up on me every time. I'll leave the file to upload, come back 10 min. later, and it says "Page cannot be displayed". It did that every single time I tried to upload a larger (>10mb) file.
Anyone else having a similar problem?? I don't like YSI because the links die, and KeepMyFile doesn't allow split archives... helppp

I've been upping 45MB files, not 50MB, and it seems to work ok.

47.5(49,807,360bytes) is the biggest file size I try to post, and I have no troubles. I have uploaded 2dozen rar files this past weekend with no problems.

In so far as RS is concerned, I've never had a problem u/l of split files, but I haven't used it for .rar files. However, I have d/l'ed .rar files from RS w/o a problem.

With regards to YSI, I no longer use it, unless absolutely necessary because of failed uploads. But even worse, the u/l appears to take, but the d/l link is NFG, even when sent to only 2 people.
