    Less than a week after having a baby, tired, makeup-less - and still beautiful
    Are you suggesting she had one or will need one? This was six days after she gave birth, so not medically possible for her to have had one yet. And her belly looks quite good already, so definitely doesn't look like she'll need one, either.

    Do you think such a flat belly is natural just six days after giving birth? By the way they offer the tummy tuck right away with the cesarean section .

    It's clearly not flat, especially compared to what it looked like before she got pregnant. And c-section or not, you're advised to wait at least 6 months after giving birth. Not really sure what your angle is...
