  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

I fully understand the need for the advertisements that continually pop up while all of us are browsing the forums The site could not be free to us without them HOWEVER,

Can the advertisers be adjusted to at least let us get past the log in stage before throwing an ad at us. Everytime I visit and begin to type in my log in (looking down at my keyboard as I do) I look up when done only to see that "Live Jasmine" (which has done more to make me personally hate their site and for this reason alone, I would NEVER patronize it) has totally voided my log in.

Hey advertisers. At least wait till I'm logged in before you attack me. Okay?'

howdy baron and welcome to phun.
The Live Jasmine pop up is fairly new to phun, it only started i think like 6 months ago, it only appears once (when you log on) and never again during your viewing time. the easiest way to avoid seeing the live Jasmine ad is simply never log out, select the "stayed logged in" option, i dont think ive personally seen the pop up in a few days now, and i really only see it on my ipod becouse it doesnt like to stay logged in
so there, problem solved for you, i hope this helps
    enjoy and happy browsing.

Doesn't work that way for me Grimmsy.... I get it once every 24 hours regardless and NEVER log out. My personal thought on the matter is, just close it when it pops up and don't bitch about something that keeps Phun phun.

True, I just hope for Phun (and Cayne's pocket) that the wheels don't come off the gravy train any time soon. ;)
