I say alleged not because I question whether it's her, it is. But, it I question whether these are actual leaks or just old public pics since they aren't nude or anything. I don't know much about her so you tell me.

There's a few pics in there that I HIGHLY doubt she would have released or wanted released, so I'd say it's legitimate hacked pics.

Mostly looks like typical high school/college partying stuff. Maybe from a friend's old facebook/instagram/twiiter, not many selfies here.

That looks staged to me, though. The sunglasses, the money on the countertop, her posing, like she they were playing around going "this is me as Hollywood bad girl!"
The joint and the pipe in other pics are probably real, and the booze, but like I said, typical stuff. My (mostly) good-girl fantasy of her has not been sullied.

The last pic, next to Kenneth from 30 Rock is so random it's hilarious.

 

The ones with the huge sunglasses. She seems wasted, and it's a mirror table with a couple of bills, a glass and some white powder to the side.
