And to answer your question, PB is in decline and has been in trouble for years. It's value is now rock bottom and with the advent of the internet it is no longer a viable medium as it's other content is secondary and throwaway to the reader. Its sales slowly dwindle every year and to think that two barely known athletes could outsell the Marilyn Monroe issue (7 million +) when its circulation now is barely a million is daft.

Not trying to be a jerk as I am actually newer here than you are and I am sure some of my posts haven't gone over well by how few replies thay get. However, do you think you could post a single jk12012 PLAYBOY musings thread and just put all of these PLAYBOY related questions in that single thread? I think you would get a lot less flak from some of the old timers around here. Plus since PLAYBOY is a no no on this board you might incure less wrath from a moderator enforcing the rules or having a crappy day. As for your original question I do not know who either athlete is so I am gonna say there are many people who would beat them. As already pointed out they have ZERO chance of beating the Marilyn Monroe issue.

I do not work for playboy(small caps get it) and am not a agent for them nor am I obsessed with the magazine but I asked a innocent question,but seem that I'm attacked unfairly,the question was asked because most Hollywood stars and even Kate Middleton or music stars are unlikely to pose for them,(they don't need to) but Alex and Hope are legends,rock stars and with patriotism of the moment and the height of their fame it might be playboy's biggest get possible!
