    Eh, it might have been. Either way, what she's doing wouldn't be illegal in the US, because her nipples are covered. And in some states, female toplessness is perfectly legal, so she could have gone sans tape sometimes.

    In NY state she has exactly the same legal right to be topless anywhere in public a man chooses to be, at any time she chooses. And she could be butt nekkid in public if it was part of her performance. hint hint

    In SF you only get prosecuted if someone lodges a complaint.

    However, go to Arkansas and you can't be naked in public in the presence of the opposite gender. But you are perfectly okay if you and all your homophobic redneck buddies want to strip off and stare at each other's junk. Go figure [​IMG]
