    Wow, you are either truly delusional or need to have your eyes checked. It's just a trick being played on you with the bright light from the flash and a kind of moire pattern on the nylon as I have already stated. Even before I adjusted the brightness & contrast, I could see where the edge of her panty line went down as indicated with the arrows. The material is stretched tight and has a layer of nylon on top also stretched tight. You are not thinking logically, or understanding the optical qualities of fabric & nylon in play here here. It's just not any kind of a slip, just a flash reflection and double reinforced seam in the crotch area. Take it from someone that knows actually something about image processing.

    The reason that area appears to change color is it's reflecting more light from the flash into the camera lens, nothing more.
