If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

Sorry - not much more to get than what you already see - screen caps really aren't that good for x-rays as a lot of color depth & saturation is lost in the video compression. 2nd one it just too small/LQ - perhaps if you could find an original high resolution of the image.

iCeleb - no need for multiple posts if you've got several to make at the same time, just put them all in one or it makes this overly large thread just that much bigger.

    Notes:

Megan Fox pic is one of the easiest to try (for noobs).
    (a) 'Multiply' the same image against itself three times.
    (b) Layer the 'region of interest' on original.
    (c) Use 'eyedropper' to pick neighboring colors and tint regions of interest to match.

Lyndsy Fonseca pic is the only one I've seen. If anyone has other HQ pics
from 30th Emmy Awards, post it and I'll give it a try.

    c-through - no prob ... will do.

Sorry on Miley - all I see is a faint evidence of is her undergarments, unlike when she's out in public in her ripped T-shirts.

OK, so I practice X-raying but suspect my approach is somewhat "primitive." Care to educate? How do you "multiply" the image against itself and what is the benefit to doing so? Same question with respect to "layer the region of interest on original."

    Thanks!

PS Multiply mode reveals hidden shadow.

    http://www.sitepoint.com/multiply-mode-in-photoshop/

    (a) Create 'Duplicate Layer' as Background copy (destination original document).
    (b) From Layers tab, right-click Background copy and select Blending Options and change Blend mode to Multiply.
Duplicate Merged Layers and go back to step (a) using original as destination three times.

Before spending time to xray a pic, I use a freeware app called AI Picture Explorer that does the same multiply thing quickly. Select Enhance, then Fix OverExposure, then UnEqualize.

The "region of interest" is her top. After multiplication, the hidden shadows will be visible but the image will be darkened somewhat. Use the Quick Selection tool of PS to "isolate" her top so you can blend the shadows with original as background layer.

As c-through likes to say, "keep it real".
