Glad you like it. i did that one for a usenet helen hunt wallpaper game on abncf, about 1999-2000. It came in 2nd to a Foxfire pic. (He scanned his own caps and got more points for it).

Eps 8 / Blue:
Clark hears the voice of his biological mother, Lara, calling for help from Kara's crystal and decides to release her... Well, there was much more to see than this like the really great looking Helen Slater who had a nice scene with Kristin Kreuk.

Lara: [to Lana] You're worried I'll discover the darkness you're concealing. Don't let it overpower the goodness. You must fight it.

Also great were the scenes between Kara and her Father Zro-El. I think all male kryptonians are crazy Maniacs.





Eps 11 / Siren:
Damn, is Black Canary cool or what? I loved everything on this eps like the special effects, her costume and even her mask as Dinah Lance.



Eps 12 / Fracture:
Clark is convinced that he can find his cousin's whereabouts if he can get into Lex's mind, who's just been shot by the man holding Kara and Lois prisoner.
A "mind-traveling" eps including a sex-scene between Lana and Lex. (That damn lucky b.....)



Eps 13 / Hero:
Pete Ross returns to Smallville and Kara is getting manipulated by Lex because she is amnesiac and powerless and wants to know about her past.



Eps 14 / Traveler:
I really liked Gina Holden's char Patricia Swann. She played the "Luthor-game" really well but the end of the eps was really shocking. I really loved to reappear her again to help Clark in some situations but the producers had other things in their minds.

Another great thing was the restoration of Kara's memory and powers in the fortress and the smashing freeing of Clark out of his kryptonite-lined cell. Damn good special effects.





Eps 15 / Veritas:
When Brainiac ends up in a confrontation with Clark after trying to coerce Kara into joining him, he takes it out on Lana.

That was some heart-breaking scene in the hospital between Lana and Clark at the end of this eps. Another funny one when Kara tried to teach Clark to fly.

[Kara tries to give Clark a boost so he can fly]
Clark Kent: Not helping.
Kara: I'm sorry, Yeah, I know. It... but it's just really easy. Up, up and away.





Eps 18 / Apocalypse:
Clark is shown by Jor-El what life on Earth would have been like, had he not sent him there instead of facing the doom of his fellow Kryptonians.

Clark gets his first glasses by Lois and Kara is President Luthor's private "Maid-for-everything".

Lois Lane: [as Clark superspeeds with her in his arms] Talk about sweeping a girl off her feet.





Eps 20 / Arctic:
Last eps with Kristin Kreuk and Michael Rosenbaum as regular cast members.

Clark feels that Kara is under the effects of red kryptonite when he discovers that she is the reason for the plane containing the last member of the Veritas exploding. Lex is directed to look for answers surrounding the traveler in the Arctic Circle, where Clark's Fortress of Solitude rests.

I really liked Kara here as the crazy maniac who deosn't care about anyone, but what a SURPRISE it was Brainiac! Thank god the producers didn't killed her but send her into the phantom-zone.

Another good scene was between Brainiac and Chloe.

Chloe Sullivan: Let me go.
Brainiac: I remember you. Always sticking your pretty little head where it doesn't belong.
[Brainiac proceeds to pierce her head with his finger tendrils. Chloe unleashes her healing powers in defense, weakening him]
Brainiac: What the hell are you?

 

my God. that "Smallville" is reaping everything that has to do with Superman... shame on them.
same as "Birds of prey"...shame on them.

Comic book and even movie fans agree with me.

 

As much as I love Kreuk, Durance, and Vandervoort I have to agree with you a bit that it has kinda turned Superman into a teenage drama show... I dont care for the show at all, but the eye candy from the show is top notch

well yes, Durance, Kreuk and Vandervoort look very hot. and I love the idea when Durance is in a bikini or a leather outfit, but come on!
Superman is one of the most recognized symbol, not only in US but in the whole world. and this show is just...ah i don't have the words... blasfemy or sacrilege

 

Seems like i pushed some buttons here. That wasn't my intention and i'm not into all the changes of the superman-mythologie in "Smallville". I'm just interested in the very attractive female cast of this show.

don't worry about it, dude. I'm all for hot chicks.
but I just felt the need to say that Smallville is just a discrase to Superman, that's all. the creators of Smallville have little or no regard to the name Superman. they just used the idea and dumped on it. and I curs them all!

 

I see what you mean. But, it shouldn't be hard to separate the "real" Superman from the Smallville TV series. I like 'em both, even though they're different ways to represent something. Smallville is definitely not a disgrace. It's just a TV show -- with millions of hot girls.
