Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     Open the first pic in PS so it becomes the background. Open the second one, copy it and paste it over the first one (becoming Layer 1) but place over to the right as demonstrated.
    Select history brush tool and (while working on Layer 1) start erasing Layer 1. The history brush deletes Layer 1 and replaces it by the background. Erase everything except the girl of course.
    It's easy in this case because it's two pictures in the same setting (same location, lighting, etc), and erasing the borders of her body is easier. Actually, great choice of pics The River! ;)
