  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

As we all know the search function is paramount in here as is proper thread title information but it seems like the search function is missing very recent posts on simple searches.

Jay arose my awareness of it after he said that i had reposted a Kate beckinsale set. Neither he nor i could find it but when i moved the pics to my kate folder the same set was already in there so i must have downloade them when Jay put them up before.

Then Kieks put up an Odette Yustman set and i was sure i had posted them but that didn't show up on a refined search with different parameters entered.

Today i checked to see about an Emma watson post and as it was very recent i thought it would show but it didnt either.

It seems like the search function doesn't work as well as i remember it doing previously. Many phunners seem to be noticing it also.

i think that´s the next "pending" task here after the server-/gateway-issues are solved - software (database) maintenance.

Kinda on same note.. or at least about the search button.. but why is there a 30 second timer on the search button? It sucks if you happen to not spell the name correctly and you have to wait 30 seconds to fix it and re-search.

resolving the search function issues would be a giant leap. Re the 30 secs rule, I feel it is a minor minor irritation and if it helps the site all well and good
