Hacked Photobucket Accounts

I might be missing something here but in the Am/Models section the hacked p/bucket accounts thread trouble me. If these are hacked accounts then i think its very wrong to allow and encourage them to be displayed. Do you mods think so or is it going to be allowed?

I'm not into rocking the boat but this seems very much like an illegal and immoral invasion of someone elses private picture collection. Should it be on phun? I know i'd go fucking bananas if mine got hacked or any of my female friend got hacked and ended up on phun.

 

It seems strange that something like this is fine on phun.

 

I havent noticed it, i dont visit the model/ama often, but if it happens its wrong!

 

Well even if they hack an account.. and post the pics..but use "hot blonde am self shot" as the title instead of "hacked photobucket account"..we are still passing along pics that aren't intended for our eyes.. Like nearly every other Am post there is on this board.

I think even if we were to ban all "hacked photobucket account" threads from phun, you have to ban every other Am thread that someone makes if it isn't themselves with a fansign to prove its them. Most of those pics too were taken for one person in particular but they were all leaked at one time or another. That seems just as immoral to me for someone to leak them when they shouldn't as is hacking a phptobucket account.

I really see no wrong. I understand completely what you mean...and I do not condone the hacking of anyone's account.. but also I see no wrong in a way. If you don't want the chance of people seeing your pictures, do not take them. That is a risk of sending pics to someone on the net.

 

I disagree with your last comment. Thats like saying if you take the picture you cant complain when i steal it.

I wasn't blaming the the person for taking the pic.. I was blaming the person for putting them onto a photobucket account (where someone has an easy chance of hacking), or an email account (where someone has an easy chance of hacking), or sending them to a "friend"(who might not keep them to themselves).

If you want to take the pics and keep them private...Hide them on your computer somewhere. Ya someone could hack that too but is more difficult than some online account.

 

they violated photobucket's policy against hosting adult images. it serves the rioght for breaking the law in the first place.

To do that you have to understand what these guys meant by "hacked"

You see pictures posted on myspace hosted by photobucket and you can always look at their folder to see what else is hosted on that account, that does not mean it is illegal, just "rooted" out.

Besides like i stated these people know full well what they did ws illegal to have on photobucket in the first place. If they didn't wanted it shared they shouldn't have had them on their accounts.

If you were to apply that ideology strictly then 99.99% of all the content on here are posted illegally. None of you are producers and ALL materials posted has to have written consent from the producer to be posted. Did you have anything in writing for your celeb pics jams?
