According to Deadline, Sydney Sweeney and Amanda Seyfried will star in “The Housemaid” I thought it was an adaptation of a 2010 Korean erotic-thriller, but nope… it’s an adaptation of a 2022 novel.

It will be directed by Paul Feig, best known for some silly comedies and the infamous female remake of Ghostbusters The closest thing could be “A Simple Favor,” starring Anna Kendrick and Blake Lively, but that was a dark comedy.

yep, I got no hope anymore lol... even with Sydney, who seems happy to do nudity... after the disaster that was "anyone but you" I am taking the "I'll believe it when I see it" approach. If it his theaters and there's nudity, awesome. Any "review" or "leak" of info. from someone who saw a screener or something months before its release I will refuse to believe

 

There are 3 sex scenes with Sydney Sweeney's character and 1 or 2 with Amanda Seyfried and none with Paul Feig directing.

 

What a waste, Amanda’s last nude scene was Anon.

 

The only thing I remember about Paul Feig is his long standing hissy fit about the fact that he didn't get praised for his Ghostbusters remake.

He comes across as a pretty insufferable person, honestly, so I dont expect anything good to come from him.

A Different Man -- Renate Reinsve has a 90 second sex scene and you can see her breasts most of the time. She's on her back in the missionary position and she's fucking Sebastian Stan. She then asks him to put on a disfigured mask (and you see his penis for all those male nudity lovers) and then they have sex while he has a disfigured face. Oh, and there's a moment when he leaves where you almost get a full frontal shot of her as he lifts up the sheet. Nice nudity and Renata is very sexy, as always.

Well, to be fair "Anyone But You" was a mainstream rom-com and the idea that there was going to be rampant sex and nudity in it was absurd. However, Syd was able to turn it in a hit by making sure that everyone knew that she would be spending a significant amount of time prancing around in a bikini (those "candid" bikini pics were one of the best movie promotions I've ever seen) and the hint of some nudity (which was definitely there). The rumors about that movie were never even remotely credible.
