RULES OF [Pics & Vids] MEGATHREADS

We will be merging models into megathreads, as we complete one, we expect all users to post that models content in that megathread.

We will merge any new that users make the mistake of not posting in the megathread, that kindness will only last so long, after that threads not posted in an available megathread will be trashed without notification.

What a very welcome change!

 

Also, as per the rules of the SMP, any content posts added to a megathread will be expected to include the same info that would be included in a title within the body of the post. Ie. Date and a description.

 

Love this change, saves scrolling past 42 posts of the same person. There is another forum I visit that has all celebrity, porn stars and social media models on mega threads.

This is a fantastic change overall! Makes it all more intuitive. Thank you for the effort of moving things around.

 

To argue the other side, I HATE this change.

I like to download a lot of pix from various threads to save to the archive using Bulk Image Downloader. The way BID normally works is to download all of the pics from a thread. So this morning when I queued the Arianny Celeste thread I ended up downloading 457 pictures instead of just the 4 new ones that were posted.

Does anyone else use BID and know how to tweak the settings to avoid this?

 

Question: how should we comment on things related to the megathread model? Should we make a discussion thread about her too?

As much as I like the megathread system, individual threads were much harder for DMCA takedowns. Photos & Videos from ages ago were still up & active. Phun was one the last of good forums that had individual thread. Now, one single email from copyright trolls and decades worth of posts are gone.

Let's hope the entire threads don't vanish overnight like many other forums.

PROVIDE A DATE FOR ALL MEGATHREAD POSTS, NO DATE, POST WILL BE REMOVED WITHOUT WARNING.

 

Right above the preview window, make sure you have the button selected saying "If file already exists in download folder: Skip" (circled below).



The "page title" also has to match for this to work. So if you're downloading the Stella Hudgens thread, once you download it, each subsequent time you want to make sure it matches. In my case, I always delete the "fluff" in front of the actress name and keep the rest. So with the Stella example, I usually delete the "OF Pics and Vids" that it populates and just run it that way. You'll know you're doing it right if the next time you go in to download and it skips the images that are already there. Hope this helps.

 

Its very hard to get the dates for these social media content if the account isnt set to free, you cant check media info
even if you have a premium membership there is lot of media sent only by DM from the model and there is no real release dates or its the date of the original leaker post
For Caryn baumont for example, there is no way to get her content's real dates, you cant access to her Hard BG content even if you are premium member on her onlyfans, its only private media bought via PM
