Had sort of the same experience but a lot longer ago. 2008 in Buffalo. Company I worked for was one one of the main sponsors so hot vip all access tix and meet and great. She was a nightmare to everyone. She super mean. She spent the majority of the time batching about the opening act, which was Boys Meets Girls, or something like that and how the record label forced her to have them. Then she complained for like 5 minutes about how she had to edit some of her song, she was only allowed to drop 2 F bombs in the show because they were recording all the north east shows for a potential live album and didn't want the parental advisory sticker.

I get it that a lot of people don't want to deal with the corporate meet and greet stuff. But 95% of them are nice as hell, come out, do their 15 minutes and go on their merry way realizing those sponsors often pay more than all the ticket sales put together. But she was not one of them. Came out is guns blazing bitch mode from the start and just became a bigger douche by the minute.
