    Yeah, she said in an interview one time that, at the height of her fame, she was invited to the Playboy mansion and Hef offered her a ton of money to pose nude for them. She said she almost accepted, but ultimately turned them down because she didn't want her little brother to end up seeing the photos. I guess this was right around the time she posed for Maxim, and those photos caused quite a stir at the time

    And yeah, if she had done it, they would have sold millions of copies. Sabrina had to be every teenage boy's fantasy

    Well, this is getting into weird areas but yes, if a particular edition of a magazine is flying off the shelves and the distributors are having trouble meeting demand, the publisher will go back to their printer and order a second run (or third run and so on). They like money and they don't make any from the second hand market. Also it's not an 'either/or' proposition with regards to the following month's edition, they can typically print both.

    It doesn't really happen these days A) because print is dying and B) with regard to pictorial magazines, the pictures are usually on the internet and in much higher quality than the print edition before the print edition has even hit the stands
