So, have you all ever done the get up at 5am and work out thing? I’ve been doing that… what with the move I got out of a routine and so the past week I’ve been kicking my own ass. I walk like I’ve been riding a horse(or a really large cock) non stop! It’s awesome where I am, because I can go down and take this ridiculous fucking hard class outdoors, which is great because I love to be challenged… and I'm meeting tons of fit, fantastic people.... while sweaty and watching the sun reflect off the ocean… and then go run down the beach after. One of the many reasons to be happy to be where I am, no doubt. (if we could all do the class naked... it'd be even better )

Now I need a nap.

Or a drink, maybe some wine and cheese. Or the ever so tempting tequila.

I'll admit it's hard, really hard to get up. E, the only reason I am up at 5AM is if I never went to sleep, or I have a flight to catch. If I am still up, then it is good news for whomever I am with and yes the cardiovascular workout is worth it.

Since I relocated, I'm currently in a phase of trying a tons of new activities and my problem is I'm loving all of them.... how to find the time, the energy to do it all? I love being physical. The sweating, the physical release... Plus the obvious upside is I have better sex when I'm healthy, strong and fit. That alone is motivation. ;-)


lostboys, if I wasn't so focused on my workout and proper technique, you might just say that my eyes might've wandered around to my sweaty, sexy, hot, fit, dedicated, deliciously determined classmates..... but I'd never do that
