    The Bond people are clueless. They could have had Monica Bellucci (the other MB) when she was young and beautiful for Tomorrow Never Dies but they went with Teri Hatcher instead. They got her for Spectre when she was old (but still beautiful) to make up for their catastrophic poor judgment years earlier but it would've been better to see a young Monica in more than what was essentially a bit part

    With regard to Morena, they'd probably consider her too old now and when she was younger she was kind of in that nerdy sci-fi area (Stargate, Firefly, V) so she probably wasn't on their radar. Since Daniel Craig took over the Bond girls have mostly been European and have mostly appeared in art indie type movies

    Personally, I think they got sophie marceau by mistake for that one bond movie and meant to get Monica B. But called the wrong person.

    I am more upset that Elizabeth Mitchell never showed off her huge rack and tall body in any movie before or after this!

    The mistake in that film was getting Denise Richards to be the main girl. She was hot, don't get me wrong, but can't act and certainly wasn't convincing as a nuclear scientist. She just seemed like a downgrade from Sophie in almost every way

    After Teri Hatcher, Denise Richards and Halle Berry you can see why the Bond people aren't exactly eager to get more American women in to play Bond girls (yes, I know Morena is technically Brazilian)
