Morning, its cooler (more Winter than Autumnal) and raining.

When the lockdown happened in Britain, some of us worked from home, but for me in reality
it wasn't "Working" but keeping the business ticking over.

Now Boris has gone in reverse from everything he's been saying since lockdown
ended in June (go back to work/eat out to help out) now bars/pubs close at 10pm
(and that's doors close/you're out by 10) and more regulations.

But as we say in Australia "Get over it, get on with it".

I'm looking forward to seeing "Enola Holmes".

I love Millie Bobby Brown as "Eleven" in "Stranger Things", but in interviews
and on her Insty, i find her really annoying.

Might have something to do with on her Insty, so much of it is paid promotions.

But Enola looks quite good.

Henry Cavill stars as Sherlock and before "Superman" i always thought he should of been the lead in
HBO's "Henry VIII", far better actor than JRM and according to friends who had minor roles in it, a much nicer person than Jonathan.

 

Morning, Emma has been found in Ibiza... again
So... she was in Ibiza, went to Positano for a short vacation? and went back to Ibiza... poor thing!

Apparently she's wearing the same outfit... where are the papz when you need them?

Well, to be fair to Jonathan he has a history of substance abuse and addiction issues which could definitely have played a role in his attitude. He may be an asshole regardless though, I can't say, but I know from experience that substance use/abuse can cause a Jekyll and Hyde situation.

 

I tried watching Enola Holmes but got tired of MBB constantly breaking the 4th wall and turned it off about an hour in. I liked HC as Sherlock and really liked Sam Claflin as Mycroft. Would love to see a Sherlock movie with just those 2. Oh well.

Anyway, coffee time...

Thursday, (weird week i thought it was Thursday yesterday)
London is Sunny 12c with highs of 14c and lows of 7c showers later.

Three months today will be Christmas Eve, and yes i have started my Christmas shopping.
Like the Boy Scouts "Be Prepared".

I'm delighted she found time to go on holiday (again).
I wish many at other end of the career ladder in the profession that gave her fame and financial freedom she has.

Again its a shame on her Insty & Twitter feeds she hasn't mentioned (or to my knowledge supported) the plight her fellow actors,
backstage teams and tech crews and companies are in or using her position to call on the British Government to help.

If you look at her Social Media (up to the last few days) she (or her team)
are more than able to highlight some very worthy causes, but not the
profession that made her name known across the World.

For example Phoebe Waller Bridge has campaigned and spoken out, used her "Fleabag" platform to raise money and highlighted the situation.

Liam Neeson has also campaigned and while Emma was in Italy, 83 yr old Vanessa Redgrave was speaking out.

I haven't seen it yet (seeing it tonight) on the 4th wall, i suspected as much looking at the trailer.
PWB did it very well in "Fleabag", but less is more!!!!

Henry Cavill is such a underrated actor!
