I dont want to open up that discussion in the thread, but i will say there are some tell tale signs based on the photos that someone may need a little help. On that subject i really recommend to the bone with Lily Collins and Keanu Reeves. Not overly preachy but doesnt hide away from the subject either. It is a feature that hits a good balance.

 

I love MQ, but not enough to remember the difference in her thighs from 2019 to 2020, personally I can’t see someone in need of help.

But not sure why she’s running, but if she’s in lockdown this is her time out.

People are different, notice I say people and not Women, Men are effected too.

Like Keira Knightley that is the why she is, that’s her metabolism.

Keira says she eats healthy, but also normally, whatever normally for her and that includes junk food.

Now words matter, people on the receiving end of this “Thick” thing talking about Women like they’re a cut of meat is not on, that’s where the damage is done.

If MQ has a metabolism that burns up fat really effectively. I don’t know why she’d run as well, but that may just be her quality time.

Years ago I worked as a runner for fittings/Cat Walk shows, you don’t actually see it, but you hear of models that live by purging, drinking nothing but water and living on OJ & eating Cotton Wool balls on the day leading up to a show.
