Morning, still here, this morning I start as a Volunteer in a group that has been sent up to deliver food to senior citizens>

Who A/Can’t get out or B/Because of the self centred bastards who have brought up everything and there’s nothing left on the shelves.

And a little bit of normality.

These Comfort pics have just arrived to wish me good luck on my first morning of helping out.

    Meanwhile

Scarlett Johansson - Empire Magazine May 2020 there's some new adds.

Its a bit bittersweet as i haven't a clue when it will be released now.

    and
Awwww the feels!!! look at their poor faces, clearly that baby doesn't sleep.
Krysten Ritter - out in Los Angeles - 3/17/20

I haven't seen pics of Krysten for ages, in fact not since the baby.

How different from Sophie Turner & Joe Jonas.
Thinks? what are they going to do now if they're in LA or NYC
and can't go out, unless they were put on face masks and become
"Brave" Joe & Sophie venture out.

More likely they're in a exclusive resort, where they can live out their "Isolation".

I'm surprised, they haven't been on Insta "Surviving".

BTW I loved the Gal "Imagine" Insta line up, but it might of been nice
if they used it as the basis of a Go Fund, and they donated too.

The Proceeds going to Health Care workers.

    If they have already... respect!!!!

    Rant out.

 I was taught by my Mom a key lesson of parenting that any parent must know beforehand is that your schedule isn't your schedule anymore, the baby doesn't care when you sleep, doesn't care about your way of living, you now go by THEIR schedule and it never really stops just transforms as they get older(I would guess any parents who see this would probably agree and sympathize for Krysten and the baby daddy, notice how the baby looks refreshed lol).

True!!!! First thing i ask people with a new born baby, do they sleep?

I have friends that had their first baby last November.
The little boy is the sweetest, but like you said "Its the Baby's routine".
So yes for the most part he sleeps, apart that is from night feeds!!!

You can see it in their faces in the photographs.

    Meanwhile

Boris has just finally announced he's closing all pubs, bars, cafe's, cinema's, gyms & leisure centres
are to close immediately. When i walked to my Sisters the other night, they were open and
    its was business as usual.

He also announced the Government is to pay 80% of wages for people out of work because
of Corona, that will be a lifeline! But let it happen first, my Boss has failed to get a rent
reduction for a office we can't use, so don't know what's happening with that.

I'm glad now i brought a gym grade exercise bike.

We should avoid big gatherings here but the youth (teenagers) have parties at night anyway. I hear one right now. So sure they can say what they want in the government but people will live anyway.

Sorry for no blog yesterday, after the food for Senior Citizens delivery.

I got involved in the Doctor Who Worldwide #SaveTheDay fan showing of the
2013 "Day of the Doctor" drama (first broadcast to mark the first Doctor Who
drama in 1963) this is what happened...

Emily who I had worked years ago with came up with this idea...

At 7:00pm GMT, Whovians (Doctor Who fans) will begin "The Day of The Doctor" across the World at
the same time on BBC iPlayer, Netflix, Amazon Video, Google Video or legally stream the show
or watch via a legal download or watch on DVD/Blu-Ray, another rental or streaming service and we all watch it
    simultaneously around the world.

At the same time, anyone taking part could follow along with a live discussion on Twitter using
    the hashtag #SaveTheDay

I actually got back on Twitter (no I'm not staying on it) and helped get the word out and it was all so positive.

Emily got in touch with the writer of the Day of the Doctor Steven Moffat, he filmed a new
introduction, a BBC continuity announcer recorded this

and at 7pm yesterday we all watched Matt Smith, David Tennant, the late John Hurt, Billie Piper
and Jenna Coleman in "The Day of the Doctor".
Did it work? Yes, it did!!! We were top trending in the UK with 65.3k tweets over the 76 minutes it was on,
that's 50k ahead of the second place trending topic, 37 countries joined in and we trended at number 1
    in 30 of them.

Steven Moffat live-tweeted through it giving background to the story/scenes
and it was the most remarkable Worldwide feeling of community.

We're planning another Worldwide viewing next Saturday.

Here's some of the coverage we got

A week or two ago UK local authorities were warned to expect about 100,000 deaths from Covid-19. However, perhaps as more data has become available since then (?), the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Scientific Adviser now advise that this estimate was wrong, and that the unmitigated (i.e. doing nothing) worst case scenario death number was predicted to be 510,000 in the UK, and even if mitigated (i.e. taking all practicable steps) it was going to be 250,000! That means that the Government doing nothing, or citizens widely ignoring their advice, would be responsible for the unnecessary deaths of up to 250,000 people in Britain!

The Government is clearly doing something - citizens need to do their part! Who wants to be even partly to blame for the death of a quarter of a million people?

I can't begin (because i'll really lose my temper) at people crowds of them going today
in parks, a flower market (Columbia Road if you know London) like its a ordinary sunny day.

Have they got a death wish?
    Do they want a lockdown?
Do they want in 2 weeks time to be like Italy?

Wake up fuckers!!! and just because you're younger, you've not immune.
You can catch it, it can affect you and you can pass it on!

Think its only like seasonable flu? look at New York State.

Apparently, a surprising number of those who have needed ventilators or other respiratory assistance have been in the 20-40 age group, so while it is still hitting the elderly and immuno-compromised the worst and most often, it's not like everyone else is immune to it hitting them badly.

The stuff they have instituted state wide (and NJ, and PA, and probably Conn) starting tonight should have been instituted for NYC and closer surrounding areas well earlier. Everyone seems happy being hands off, until the ventilators start to run out... gotta be more preventative.

Scary that much of the outbreak outside of Brooklyn (their Chinatown) is attributable to one man who came back from oversees travel, went to a social gathering in New Rochelle where people from several other counties were in attendance. And now its all over.

My guess is that regionally they will tighten restrictions based on medical supply availability, loosen restrictions when new cases lessen to test where things are, and then tighten them again when increasing new cases happen... until such point that increased new cases stop happening.

Otherwise we're all just going to be on home confinement continually, and still susceptible whenever that ends or we just revolt from stir crazy.
And this is me on Day 1 of 14 self imposed home confinement.

My German is terrible, but roughly translated this says: “Wash your hands as if you’ve just been handling/chopping Chillies & now you’re going to have a Wank”, love it.
