DEBATE Why Do We Hate The Kardashians?

I actually don't. I don't resent their fame. I really don't care that they are more popular than god (I don't believe in god), And I really don't care what they are doing today. Unless they are wearing bikinis.

Despite Kendall's nude shoot, which wasn't bad, I still want to see Kourtney....

 

Here in Italy Kardashians aren't overexposed; but there's a similar "problem" with Chiara Ferragni, a lot of people hate her 'cause she's frequently on media and she does lots of money with social networks.
The point many haters miss, however, is that "celebrity" doesn't mean "a specific artistic talent". Kardashians, Ferragni etc... Gets fame and cash for their ability to influence the masses. And, like it or not, they're really good at it. Every time Chiara Ferragni posts a photo on her instagram, she makes promotion to a brand with a message that reaches millions of potiential customers, and a percentage of them will end up buying.
The mechanism itself is shit, there are millions of people that follow trends like sheeps. But there's little sense in blaming social media stars for this. They're just good at their job.
By the way, I like to see Kendall nude.

People like to vocalize how much they hate them because people think it makes them look smart. If they are the realization of everything vapid in society, then being vocally against them makes people look superior. I don't give a shit. I love them. They provide so much masturbation material.

I hate the whole entertainment industry. All of them are overpaid useless people.

 

I don't hate them but I resent them for the obsession with money and physical appearance. The majority of their fan base is tween/teen girls and I just think it sets a poor example, especially when the expectation of beauty involves ass-loads of plastic surgery. I still like when they get naked though.

Their dad Robert was the first Kardashian to get a black man off.

hate is a harsh word, I hate very few, if any people.
I hate things
and one of the things I hate is Reality Shows, and the people "starring" in them glorifying their lives for money. Not that they do it, but that it has become such a massive industry.
I respect them in the sense that they live their lives, I just don't give a shit about their said lives, as I am sure they do not give a shit about mine.
Now, as far as this family is concerned, yes I am quite happy to view them in skimpy clothing, or in nothing at all, but the funny thing is, there are soooooo many hotter women out there, women you see on the street every day, yet the Kardashian sisters are viewed as beautiful. I don't know all of their names, but the youngest one who just had a kid? I certainly wouldn't toss her aside if I were single, but she's nothing special. The older one with a few kids, nice body, but her face? a 5 at best. the older one who was married to Lamar Odom? pretty face, but her body is a fucking train wreck.
Kendell is beautiful, gorgeous face and a nice tight body, but with feet the size of Bigfoots. I'm thinking she'd have no problem water skiing barefoot with those bad boys. But I hate to sound petty, because she is downright sexy
Kim, in her "prime" was a Goddess. Now her face looks like a plastic mold, and her ass is just plain nasty. 10 years ago she'd have given any hot chick a run for their money.
So there's my take, a take I'm sure no one really gives a shit about. But, these are my opinions, and if you think I am wrong? Well, that's because, as I said, they are my opinions, not anyone elses.

 

The people who obsess about the K family want their faux celebrity lifestyle. They want the big house, fancy cars, designer clothes, jet setting, trend following life. They dont just want wealth they desire fame. The K family allow them to live vicariously through their television sets.
A lot of people say the Kardashians are low class, ordinary and talentless but it's their ordinariness which is so appealing to their fans. The Kardashians aren't rock stars or sports icons or actors or even politicians they are a ordinary family who are famous for being themselves. They mix with celebrities and politicians, they live the life of the hoity toity. they make their fans believe that there is a chance for them to achieve the same.

The people who hate the K family have a multitude of reasons. All possibly valid. The truth is hating them is no different than adoration. It's just the other side of the coin. Some though just like the feeling of superiority.

Either way one sides loves to admire them the other loves to look down on them.

The third group simply dont care about the Kardashians. they make their money good for them. They sometimes wear or dont wear bikinis good for us.

 

Like someone else said vocally saying you hate them gives people a weird sense of superiority. In my opinion the Kardashians do no harm to anyone and unless you are looking for them you wouldn't really notice them on tv or whatever. Also in my opinion Kourtney is far and away the hottest sister.

 

They're not nice people, they also slagged off Chloe Grace Moretz over a harmless tweet and it occurred to me she's been working since she was three years old and these women had never had a job ever.

No redeeming qualities whatsoever.

 

They currently sit at the pinnacle of something I do hate. Namely the Media's Weapon of Mass Distraction. While we're hating/loving or whatever the fuck, 'The Kardashians', - this week, someone else next week - the people who are really ripping us off, quietly slip out the back door with the whole pie. Leaving too many of us at each other's throats over the crumbs.

Actually Kim seems to have quite curious powers. She's demonstrably driven 'Yeezy' off the cliff. At the same time apparently being in the same room with her for even a short time, will cause a rabid, racist, malignant narcissist to pardon a woman of color sentenced to life for distribution.
So... mixed feelings.

Which is part of the problem, because then it encourages young girls to get naked to become famous if you have no other talents. There's absolutely an obsession with becoming famous, which is why so much reality TV exists. Take a look at women like Marnie Simpson and others on Geordie Shore, basically degrading themselves and having sex on TV to stay relevant.

Sure, I like looking at attractive women in the nude but when that's all they literally are, I just don't care about them.

Kim's only famous because she sold a sex tape back in the day and hitched her wagon to Kanye later on and her mother's a gold-digging bitch who seems to push her kids into the spotlight so she can keep living the high life that she's unscrupulously chased her entire life, jumping from rich man to rich man throughout her life.

None of the Kardashians set good examples as role models whatsoever and honestly, Kim was only averagely hot originally but having seen what she's done to herself over the years with surgery, she's fucking hideous.

 

We have a similar problem with Katie Price, aka Jordan, here in the UK. Continually pushed in our faces for years, and a more hideous role model for young girls you couldn't wish to find. Her tits are a total mess now after so many operations, while her voice irritates the feck out of me. I choose to try not to watch her stuff, but sadly I watch a sister channel of one who pay her silly money for her show, and they run ads for them continually....

I dislike the K clan more than hate them; except Kendall; as she has the kinda body I find most attractive. It's a shame she has to belong to such a vacuous/pointless family of fake ass bodies and arrogance.
