That makes me think of a local event here recently. A guy was caught installing wireless cams in porta-johns at a street fair and the woman who caught him locked him in the shitter. The men tipped it over and drained it inside. The event organizer went batshit about the cost to clean up and repair the thing. By the time the police set him free, the "cleanup donations" had exceeded $1,000.
