There is no nudity from Alexandra Daddario or Kate Upton in The Layover. The only nudity is man ass from Matt Barr and Joey Bicicchi. Alexandra is actually fully clothed during a sex scene, but at least she also wears a bikini cut from a dress in an earlier scene

Of course there isn't. That's how it is nowadays, the only female nudity in sex comedies comes from extras/unknown actresses. Remember when the main actresses used to get naked in these kind of movies?

 

I don't think Alex will get nude again. Her name wasn't that big like it is now. Would love to be proven wrong!!!!!

 

When will the movie release? We have been waiting since 2015...

Prefame, well, there are plenty of attractive women in the world. Moreso in Hollywood than normal. Until she became famous nothing really separated her from the other women with the same resume and good looks.

The right question is what kind of guy would she have asked out.
If the answer is wealthy, handsome, oversexed etc then yeah prefame Alex was just another girl to a guy like that.
To me or you famous or not if a girl like Alex asks you out or asks for a kidney the first response would likely be Yes!

 

She achieved what she wanted from True Detective so I doubt we will see much of those glorious globes again. She probably thinks of herself as a 'serious actress' now who can dictate the kind of movies she is in and how much flesh she shows.

 

I still want to see that sex scene, despite no nudity from Alex.

A few thoughts:

She knows why she's famous and even jokes about it occasionally, but still intends to be taken seriously (At least a little bit). So she never devolve into self-parody and never shows off on social media.

I think the nude scene helped her, but I wouldn't say it totally reshaped her career. She was doing high profile movies and television even before that. Same level of roles as well.

When I think of nudity totally changing someone's career, I think Margot Robbie.

 

yeah, the fact that it was an acclaimed movie by Martin Fucking Scorsese probably didn't have much to do with it

 

But if she hadn't agreed to a full-frontal nude scene she wouldn't have been in the movie.

Up and coming starlet + nudity+ prestige project = at least a couple strong supporting roles in which to prove oneself.
