    It looks fishy at the spot where her face goes behind the treadmill control board, and then when 'she' slides off onto the floor, the body is still for a second before she raises her head. That's when they splice her back in.

    with digital effects anything is possible these days, I mean the opening of Ant-man they made Michael Douglass look like he did in fatal attraction and there is not enough makeup int he world to accomplish that in reality...they could have swapped at any point and put her had on the stunt doubles body.. it looks to me like they made a change when her hands fly up in the air, it gets a little Digital blur
